Synopsis.      

The big goal of education today is to prepare students to contribute to the world of work and social life, this has become one of the biggest challenges in the world of education today. All the big problems that we face today such as tackling global warming, curing disease, ending poverty and others would not be realized without education that prepares every citizen to play a role in helping to solve our common problems. By integrating 21st century skills in learning, we help students learn about socializing and working in the world in the future. Creating an education system that integrates 21st century skills is a major challenge that must be met in today's world of education.

            Reflection.

If i'm going to become a teacher “The Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus” is expected to be the answer to these demands. Merdeka Campus is a form of learning in higher education that is autonomous and flexible so as to create a learning culture that is innovative, unfettered, and in accordance with the needs of students. The main programs are: ease of opening new study programs, changes to the higher education accreditation system, ease of state universities becoming state universities with legal entities, and the right to study for three semesters outside the study program. Students are given the freedom to take credits outside the study program, three semesters which are meant in the form of 1 semester of opportunity to take courses outside the study program and 2 semesters of carrying out learning activities outside the university.
