Before I followed my learning toread first the material that will be
studied today in the book "Jack C.
Richards Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional
Language Centre, Singapore" then when the class
started I listened to my friend who was presenting and Mrs. Dwi explained
through Zoom. We discussed about the material learned therefore i understood the material being learned. |
According to Clark (1987) A language curriculum is a function of the
interrelationships that hold between subject-specific concerns and other
broader factors embracing socio-political and philosophical matters,
educational value systems, theory and practice in curriculum design, teacher
experiential wisdom and learner motivation.
Teachers are
a key factor in the successful implementation of curriculum. Within schools,
teachers also have many different kinds of responsibilities. Some teachers have
mentoring or leadership roles within their schools and assist in orienting new
teachers to the school or leading groups of teachers in materials development
and other activities.
In planning a language program it is therefore important to know the kinds of teachers the program will depend on and the kinds of teachers needed to ensure that the program achieves its goals. Within schools, teachers also have many different kinds of responsibilities.
